Sopron University Admission

• Admission form to the English Degree Programmes of the University of Sopron – please download, fill out and scan the signed document. 
• copy of secondary school certificate in English language.
• copy of passport.
• copy of English language certificate(s): TOEFL / IELTS: level B2; OR Medium of Instruction Certificate (if you are a native English speaker, please skip this section).
• copy of the payment confirmation for the application fee.
• any other documents (recommendation letters, motivation letters, CV).

NOTE: In case the required documents are NOT in ENGLISH language then a certified copy must be attached.

Participation in the application process requires the following:

• Applicants under the age of 18 years are able to enroll.
• Conditions for BA applications: valid high-school diploma and successful admission interview.
  The applicant will be informed by the faculty member about the date and time of the admission interview.
  After the interview, the examiner may decide to administer an admission test, which may include reading and the use of English.

• Form for Admission to the English Degree Programmes of the University of Sopron – please download, fill out and scan the signed document; 
• copy of BA/BSc certificate in English language;
• copy of BA/BSc Transcript of Records;
• copy of passport;
• copy of English language certificate(s): TOEFL / IELTS: level B2; OR Medium of Instruction Certificate (if you are a native English speaker, please skip this section);
• copy of the payment confirmation for the application fee;
• any other documents (recommendation letters, motivation letters, CV).

NOTE: In case the required documents are NOT in ENGLISH language then a certified copy must be attached.

• Conditions for MA applications: BA/BSc diploma from the same field or a related field of the chosen programme is a key for a successful admission interview.
  The applicant will be informed by the faculty member about the date and time of the admission interview.
  After the interview, the examiner may decide to administer an admission test, which may include reading and the use of English.

APPLICATION STEP-BY-STEP

All Programme levels:

Step I: Fill it out the application form digitally then print it and sign it. The scanned, signed copy has to be uploaded to the application form (Step III.)

Step II: PAY the application fee of 150 USD – this amount is non-refundable. NOTE: Payment link will be enabled only during the application period.

Step III: Select under the level of studies the APPLICATION form of the programme you would like to apply for.
