Programme Introduction

During the programme, diverse human and economic knowledge is combined and a cross-disciplinary approach is developed. The programme is based on courses examining the operation of different types of organizations. During the training, students also get to know the processes and characteristics of the labour market, as well as HR functions such as recruitment and selection. The programme is complemented by interactive presentations by professionals and participation in HR conferences.

Structure of studies

The total number of credits needed to complete the programme:  120 credits. Credit value assigned for the preparation of the thesis: 10 credits, minimum credit value assigned to optional courses: 10 credits.

Language requirements of the course

  • TOEFL 513 / IELTS 5.5 /oral examination, TOEFL IBT test score of 66 (issued in the last two years).
  • Certificate of any standardised international English language exam corresponding with Hungarian B2 at the Bachelors level and C1 at Master’s level issued by an accredited language centre/ academic institution.
  • In case the student has completed his/her previous level of studies in English, proof can be uploaded about the fact that the language of instruction was English, issued by the institution.
  • If the uploaded document(s) do(es) not meet the above-mentioned requirements, the University relies on an online language interview.

Academic requirements of the course

Completed and signed application form, copy of your passport, notarized copy of Bachelor’s degree relevant* to the Master’s studies, notarized copy of the Transcript of Records, notarized copy of your language certificate, recent photograph, Curriculum Vitae (resumé) in English, Motivational Letter in English, Academic Reference letter in English (Issued by your former academic institution/teacher).
